Product Description

This listing is for a completely remanufactured and dynamometer tested 6068HF275 John Deere industrial diesel engine with a variable speed injection pump. All engines are professionally remanufactured (not repaired) to OEM factory specifications, using OEM parts. These engines include factory overhaul kits; which include piston & liner kits, main bearings, rod bearings, seals, gaskets. Furthermore, the cam bearings, fuel supply pump, freeze plugs, filters, hoses, and thermostat, are replaced. The injection pump and injectors are remanufactured and tested to meet new factory specifications. The water pump, oil pump, and rocker arms are remanufactured or replaced with new. All major castings are cleaned and NDT inspected (magnafluxed) for cracks / indications. The cylinder head guides, valves, and valve seats are machined to new OEM specifications, or replaced. Each engine is dynamometer tested for a minimum of four (4) hours to perform break-in as well as verify performance and quality control. Engine configuration is based upon the 6068HF275 model number.
