On most items we offer free shipping in the continental US. Oversized Items may include additional shipping or Freight charges. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Freight as needed. In some instances items are drop-shipped direct from the factory.Local pickup and combined shipping is available where applicable ? Most products come with a 30-Day return policy unless indicated on the listing.  Important: We have a world-class lineup of customer service and technical service representatives. We will need the make & model to help ensure you get the correct parts and accessories for your equipment. Please note: If you order an incorrect part without consulting our team we will not be responsible for any return cost and there will be a 15% restocking fee. 15% restocking fee will be waved if you reorder the correct part with us. Freight orders: Please inspect all freight orders for damage and satisfaction before accepting delivery.  If there is an issue you must bring it up at the moment of delivery and not accept. Any freight order will be considered non returnable once delivery is accepted.   For items eligible for return the following applies:If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or offer a refund (excluding shipping)  If the item was shipped free the actual cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from refund amount  All buyers must contact us before returning an item.  Any returned items must be sent in original condition, box and with all received documents/invoices Returns must be in resalable condition.  If the part is used there is a possibility that you will not receive a refund.Electrical parts are not returnable. If your order was damaged in shipping, please keep and photograph the original shipping carton and packing materials. If a manufacturing defect has been found within the 30-day return period, please notify us right away and we'll gladly arrange either a replacement or a refund.
