Returns
On Returns there is a 20% restocking fee. To file a return you must contact us with in 30 days of receiving the item. Once we receive the glass in the condition in which it was sent, we will issue a refund minus the restocking fee. We ask that you return all glass Via Fed Ex or UPS and provide us with your tracking number. We can also send you a return label and deduct it from your refund.
Exchanges
If you have purchased the wrong piece of glass, contact us. Once you contact us we can help you determine the correct piece of glass. If we carry the correct glass, please return the incorrect piece and we will get the correct piece shipped to you. You will only be responsible for the shipping back to us and any variance in the prices of glass.
