Some items are NOT returnable (see below).  Receipt of the item to be returned is required within 30 days from the date the item was received by the buyer. ALL returns must be in the original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item is fully inspected, usually within 5 business days.  ALL returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice/packing slip and Return Authorization information.  If you have a "problem" with the purchased item, please advise us within 3 days of your intent to return the item.     The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, insurance and tracking of the returned parts.
