If you want to use a GPS to find us, contact us first as most GPS units will place you several miles from our location. - Warranty New parts come with a minimum 90 day warranty effective with the date of purchase. The warranty will cover the replacement of the defective part and does NOT include labor or incidental expenses.  All defective parts will require a Return Authorization.Used parts are usually warranted for a maximum of 90 days from the date of purchase – please note the part description in case the warranty we offer differs. - Returns ALL returns require prior authorization. Some items are NOT returnable.  Receipt of the item to be returned is required within 30 days from the date the Return Authorization is issued. ALL returns must be in the original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item is fully inspected, usually within 5 business days.  ALL returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice/packing slip and Return Authorization information.  The buyer has 3 business days, from the date of the “problem(s)” to advise us of their intent to return the item.  Failure to match cast/marked numbers, measurements, specific descriptions etc. provided in the part description will result in a 15% restocking fee, to be deducted from a refund.   Each buyer should confirm that the part being purchased is the proper part for their application.  If you have ANY questions or concerns, please contact us BEFORE ordering. Electrical items and books are non-refundable.  Engine gasket Sets, and engine bearing sets are NOT returnable if the plastic seals have been opened = NO Exceptions  We will work with each customer on an individual basis to resolve any disputes. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems. - Shipping Along withUSPS, we also ship by UPS or FedEx.  For parts in excess of 100 lbs and/or parts subject to damage by UPS/FedEx/USPS, we will list the part as “Truck Shipment Required” (or you may pick up from our location).  ALL truck shipments will be to Commercial/Business addresses ONLY.  We will NOT ship to any residential addresses.   The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, insurance and tracking of the returned part(s). Parts may be drop-shipped by UPS/FedEx from our supplier/manufacturer and are subject to availability. *** The buyer is responsible for notifying us immediately of any damage or loss upon the receipt of the part(s).  Please ensure all packaging, etc. is retained with the shipment in the event the item needs to be inspected by the shipping carrier. We will combine shipping on multiple orders. Please be sure to complete each purchase before proceeding with the “checkout” or the “payment” process and we will send you an invoice for the total amount due. - Payment is required within 2 business days or item will be re-listed.
