For Domestic Sales, we will accept returns on NEW items under the following conditions: 1. Shipped back within 14 days, at your expense, with tracking information included. 2. The item must be in the exact same condition as received: no damages, stains, odors and tags must be attached. 3. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. If shipping was free, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund to cover original shipping paid by seller.
