Quality. Ease of use. Comfort. Exceptional customer service. All are words that define John Deere products. See what a few of our customers have to say about their John Deere riding mowers as they explain the value of each of these characteristics.
The three most important things to me for a riding lawn mower is its cut quality, ease of use, and warranty. My John Deere tractors exceed my expectation in all three of these areas. My yard looks great. My wife can even help me with cutting it because the tractor is so easy to use. Finally, although I haven't had any problems that necessitated using it, I know my tractor has a good warranty. I'm certain my dealer will help me with any problems if needed. At the end of the day, these are the things that matter most to me, while all the other things people tout about tractors are just extras.
The quality of my John Deere equipment is far superior to other brands I've used. My tractor gets a lot of use on my 12 acre yard, yet despite the use, it's in great shape. I think that's because of its quality construction and parts.
The two things I like best about my John Deere tractor are its large mowing deck and all-wheel steer. These features save me time mowing my 1.6-acre yard and make mowing easier for me. With the large mowing deck, I cut more grass in less time, and with the all-wheel steer, I can handle tight turns around my trees and shrubs without having to make multiple attempts to get close to them. These features have helped cut my mowing time in half compared to when I used other brands of equipment.
John Deere tractor makes life easier. In the winter I add hydraulic snow blade attachment, and instead of taking two hours of day to shovel driveway, I remove the snow in much less time. I've gone from spending two hours shoveling snow on driveway to taking less than 15 minutes to remove it. It's a big difference using the tractor.
John Deere tractor is so easy to use and comfortable, that I have to fight wife on whose turn it is to mow the lawn. She just loves using it and feels that the straightforward controls and comfortable seat, make this outdoor chore much more enjoyable.
My John Deere tractor is definitely comfortable. I actually really enjoy cutting the grass with it because it does have such a smooth ride with its high-back seat, large tires and seat suspension.
What I like about John Deere dealer is that they have long-term employees who are knowledgeable. Whenever I go to them with a question they are helpful and dependable with their feedback.
John Deere dealer goes above and beyond the call of a typical customer service person. I've often received thank you notes for purchases at the dealer - whether those purchases are big or small - accompanied with a John Deere signature green and yellow hat. They don't have to do that for me, but it's this little touch that makes them stand out from other dealers I've dealt with in the industry.
I've only ever bought John Deere equipment, and one reason for that is their exceptional customer service. dealer is knowledgeable and helpful every time I have a question or need help with purchase decisions. He's pointed me in the right direction for needs with the X595 and the various attachments I have for it.
